Pending. So for us dummies here to help, you can explain what "open" your NAT?

# Port is CIFI to LAN device that has a static IP address on the LAN, you must designate, without firewall protection addressed. Anyone can in this way.

For specific instructions on how to open a port, consult the manual for Netgear to open the port.

If you know what I mean and what do we know that this question has no meaning.

NAT is Network Address Translation. Do not open or close. This is not something to open or close. The router translates the private non-routable IP addresses on your local network to meet the public IP WAN routeable for Internet routing, and then back translated the answers to the LAN IP address to an appropriate response appropriate LAN device . This is part of a router / firewall.

Well, if a port on the router, which is what I suspect he wants to open the following:

1. You must have passed a static IP address on the LAN that is unique and not part of the pool of IP addresses to assign DHCP addresses for the LAN device you want to convey.

2. You must know the port number that you open on the router and if it is a TCP or UDP. This usually happens to be executed in an application.

3. After all traffic entering your assigned public IP address and set the SPE# Port is CIFI to LAN device that has a static IP address on the LAN, you must designate, without firewall protection addressed. Anyone can in this way.

For specific instructions on how to open a port, consult the manual for Netgear to open the port.
