How long until i see results from weight training? - weight training results take how long

I am 15 years 5'4''y 97 lbs. I weight trained for 3 weeks, 4 / 5 days a week with an hour of weight training / min and approximately 40-60. after swimming. I eat a ham sandwich before training, and frozen foods, with about 15-20 grams of protein after training. I'm trying to gain weight as possible in the summer. How long until you results? When will I see results of minimum and maximum?

Training for 4 / 5 days as a novice, especially after 60 minutes swimming.

What type of strength training you do? You should look into a program called RIPPET beginners. 3 days is a division focused on compound movements and is suitable for building muscle mass and strength.

You should not go swimming after you stop weight training, so you for the day, if not save you're going to increase.

It is an appropriate research and need your diet (look at bb.com information), because I doubt that you get enough protein or calories.

Probably more training and not getting enough protein, hindering its progress.
