Currently, we pay health insurance premiums from our own pocket, and hopes that if a benefit offered to health, (my husband and I) the company in deductible.If implement, we need to do the restructuring of insurance?

If you offer your services, you must give all employees. If you pay for some employees, you must pay for all employees in this category. Depending on how many employees there, and the state you are in, you may or may not receive a group. If you have less than ten employees, will be assessed individually signed and anyway, this is not likely to save money.
